  3. The project will progress iteratively, with regular check-ins and demos. Doing this allows for continuous improvement and alignment with your vision.

  4. Once the final product is live, we offer ongoing support and reasonable post-launch maintenance to ensure long-term success.

With each phase of this framework, we embrace iteration in order to encourage healthy scrutiny, unearth deeper insights and cultivate an environment essential for success. Whether you’re launching a startup or you’re trying to jumpstart new growth, this approach is core to how we work and collaborate.

  • Everyone starts off with some form of bias. This step is meant to help you systemically challenge your biases. Through a combination of divergent thinking, user research, competitive analysis and other research tactics, we challenge assumptions and develop a deeper understanding of the situation at hand.

  • In this step clarity emerges from the chaos. We focus meticulously on sorting and scrutinizing everything we’ve mapped out from the Discover step in order to answer this key question: where do we focus. In many ways, this phase is the most important step in our process.

  • At this stage, creativity unfurls in a myriad of directions. We leverage divergent thinking once more to brainstorm, prototype and test concepts. Iterate, iterate, iterate is the name of the game. The key here is to keep an open mind and validate our thinking while continuing to refine where focus.

  • The is where all of our efforts converge and we deliver something truly special. The objective here is to refine and amplify what we learned during the Design phase. Ultimately, this is when we double down on what’s driving results.
